Job summary

CCA Global Partners seeks a Collection Coordinator for our St. Louis office to manage the collection of member and vendor accounts across US and Canada. You will contact accounts to resolve past due balances, discrepancies, and disputes with a customer-centric approach.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, strong communication, and a background in B2B collections. A hybrid schedule is offered with some remote and in-office days after training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance preferred) with 2-3 years’ B2B collections experience.
• Excellent quantitative, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience with the analysis of credit and collections techniques.
• Possess proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal relationship skills, and the ability to work as a team member of a goal-oriented department.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, inclusive of Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Collect delinquent accounts via phone and email, establish relationships to receive payments, document correspondence in ERP system, and escalate issues to credit manager.
• Setup new accounts and update existing ones; review credit reports (D&B) and trade references to assist credit decisions.
• Determine when accounts should be placed on credit hold or removed from hold status.
• Conduct semi-annual review of past due balances and coordinate with internal staff across divisions.
