Kelly Services in El Paso, TX is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage accounts receivable and B2B collections. You will handle calls and emails with clients, update payment statuses, and resolve invoice disputes to keep client relationships strong.

The role offers a hybrid schedule in El Paso, TX with a starting pay of $17.50 per hour and a 8-hour shift between 6:30am–6:00pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in an office or call center environment.
• Experience with accounts receivable or B2B collections (calling clients to collect on past-due invoices).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong professional communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with clients regarding past-due accounts, billing questions, and account reconciliation
• Proactively contact business clients to collect on overdue invoices (B2B collections)
• Update payment statuses, post confirmations from cash operations, and address invoice disputes
• Research and resolve accounts receivable issues, working closely with clients and internal teams
• Monitor aged/open items on accounts and assist with reconciliation processes
• Provide world-class customer service to maintain positive client relationships and support client retention
• Prepare and distribute client reports, data files, and correspondence as needed
• Work with banks and other parties to resolve payment issues
• Meet or exceed call center performance metrics
• Perform other duties as assigned
