Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a goal-oriented B2B Collections Representative to join our accounts receivable team in Jacksonville, FL. In this temporary-to-hire role, you will manage commercial AR portfolios, contact business clients about past-due balances, and resolve discrepancies while maintaining positive relationships.

You will work 8 AM to 5 PM, with a first shift, and your performance during the initial evaluation period will determine permanent full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage B2B collection accounts to ensure timely cash flow.

• Establish and monitor structured payment plans for delinquent accounts.
• Apply credits, write-offs, and reconcile accounts as authorized.
• Document interactions in ERP/CRM and provide weekly aging updates.

We are seeking a goal-oriented, diplomatic, and persistent B2B Collections Representative to join our accounts receivable team on a temporary-to-hire basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing commercial Accounts Receivable portfolios, contacting business clients regarding outstanding balances, and resolving payment discrepancies while maintaining positive customer relationships.

This position offers a clear path to permanent, full-time employment based on performance, cash collection results, and reliability during the initial evaluation period.

salary: $23 - $26 per hour

Responsibilities

• Manage business-to-business (B2B) collection accounts to ensure timely cash flow and minimize DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
• Initiate outbound communications (phone, email, client portals) with corporate accounts to secure payments on past-due invoices
• Partner with sales, billing, and cash applications teams to investigate and resolve customer payment disputes, short payments, or invoicing errors
• Establish and monitor structured payment plans for delinquent commercial accounts within company policy guidelines
• Reconcile complex corporate accounts and apply payment adjustments, credits, or fee write-offs as authorized
• Track collection activities, document client interactions in ERP/CRM software, and provide weekly aging updates to A/R management
