Selkirk Sport in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, seeks an Account Manager to grow our wholesale portfolio of paddles, nets, balls and gear. You’ll manage existing accounts, open new ones in your territory, and coordinate with Marketing, Operations and Product teams.

Requires 3–5 years in B2B sales, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and CRM experience. This on-site role offers a competitive salary, benefits and growth in a fast-growing sport.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management, inside sales, wholesale sales or related B2B role
• Track record of managing existing accounts while bringing in new business
• Confidence leading sales conversations by phone and video
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building and communication skills
• Independence and strong attention to detail across many accounts

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale accounts across paddles, balls, nets, shoes and more
• Prospect within an assigned territory and guide new accounts from first outreach through opening order
• Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities and negotiate terms
• Coordinate demo days and events to put paddles in players’ hands
• Keep CRM records and use data to focus outreach
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Product teams on account-level initiatives
