Job summary

TSMG Holding seeks a highly skilled B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to ensure airworthiness, safety, and operational readiness of aircraft. You will work with engineers and technicians on maintenance and repair of engines, structures, and mechanical systems.

Key tasks include troubleshooting, routine maintenance, inspections, and accurate log reporting while coordinating with flight crews and regulatory authorities. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a current EASA Part 66 B1 license (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to safety and detail.

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft per company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems including hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components.
  • Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections for safety and compliance.
  • Diagnose issues and determine actions for repairs or replacements.
  • Complete maintenance logs and reports accurately to document work.
  • Coordinate with flight crews to ensure timely return of aircraft to service.
  • Maintain and calibrate tools and equipment used in maintenance.
  • Supervise and mentor junior maintenance staff and technicians.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and technology advancements.
