Job summary

TSMG Holding seeks a highly skilled B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to ensure the safety, airworthiness, and readiness of aircraft. You will work with engineers and technicians on maintenance and repair of engines, hydraulics, and airframes.

You will perform inspections, troubleshoot complex issues, document work, and collaborate with flight crews to return aircraft to service promptly in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with aircraft systems, engines, landing gear and hydraulics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks per guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems including hydraulic and mechanical components.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections for safety and compliance.
• Diagnose issues and determine repair actions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.
• Work with flight crews to ensure timely return to service.
• Ensure tools and facilities are calibrated and in good condition.
• Mentor junior maintenance staff.
• Interface with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and technology advancements.
