Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a highly skilled B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join our maintenance team in Chicago. You will be responsible for electrical, electronic, and avionics systems of aircraft, ensuring safety and high performance standards.

The role requires at least 3 years in avionics maintenance, proficiency with wiring diagrams, and ability to work under pressure. You'll supervise technicians and liaise with authorities as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid EASA Part 66 B2 License required.
• 3+ years in avionics maintenance or modifications.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
• Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with avionics equipment.
• Strong attention to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on aircraft avionics and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair avionics including communication, navigation, radar, and autopilot.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections of electrical systems.
• Carry out avionics modifications and upgrades per guidelines.
• Read wiring diagrams and manuals to diagnose issues.
• Complete maintenance logs accurately.
• Collaborate with flight crew to ensure systems function.
• Calibrate avionics instruments.
• Supervise junior technicians.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with authorities and participate in audits.
