Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a highly skilled B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to ensure safety, airworthiness, and readiness of aircraft in Seattle. You will work with a team of engineers and technicians, maintaining aircraft systems, diagnosing issues, and coordinating with flight crews for timely return to service.

Ideal candidates will have a valid EASA Part 66 B1 license, 3+ years of experience, and solid knowledge of aircraft systems.

Qualifications

  • Valid EASA Part 66 B1 License (or equivalent)
  • Experience with maintenance, repairs, or modifications on aircraft
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
  • Strong troubleshooting and safety focus

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on aircraft in accordance with guidelines
  • Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems including hydraulics and mechanics
  • Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure safety
  • Diagnose issues and determine repairs or replacements
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports
  • Coordinate with flight crews for timely return to service
  • Ensure tools and facilities are properly maintained and calibrated
  • Provide mentorship to junior maintenance staff
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits
  • Stay updated on regulations and technology advancements
