Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a distribution center department, driving safety, quality, and productivity. You will manage labor, coach staff, and partner with Operations to meet customer expectations and inventory accuracy.

You will guide hourly associates, analyze KPI trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture across the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience leading hourly associates in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (HighJump preferred).
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement experience a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop warehouse associates through regular feedback, performance evaluations, recognition, and corrective action.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels by managing attendance, scheduling, labor allocation, cross-training, and overtime.
• Promote employee engagement, accountability, and a high-performance culture.
• Direct daily warehouse operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and service goals are achieved.
• Monitor KPIs including UPH, order accuracy, productivity, labor utilization, inventory accuracy, safety, attendance, overtime, and quality.
