Job summary

Deckers Brands’ Midwest Distribution Center in Indiana is hiring a B Shift Equipment Operator. You will operate forklifts, stock pickers, and other industrial equipment to receive, pick, and move products for shipping.

You’ll read pick tickets and ensure accuracy while following safety protocols. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, building orders, recording picks, and maintaining clean, organized packing areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions in English.
• Math skills: add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Ability to operate industrial equipment.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Safety training in operation of forklift, reach truck and stock picker.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial equipment to pick and move products.
• Read pick tickets and ensure accuracy.
• Load and unload materials onto or from trailers.
• Assemble and move items to packing areas.
• Record quantities and verify items during packing.
