Responsibilities

• Set up machines per established procedures to manufacture products conforming to quality specifications at rated output.
• Repair, adjust and trouble-shoot machinery including dismantling, replacement of parts, and reassembling.
• Work with other technical support if necessary.
• Instruct associates on proper job methods and follow-up to ensure understanding and adherence.
• Communicate daily with prior and post shift Line Lead Technicians regarding technical issues.
• Perform and lead preventive maintenance for the line.
• Monitor operations for product quality and equipment performance, including QC lot acceptance rate.
• Perform product changeovers, lubrications, sanitization and cleaning.
• Assist other technical staff on machine modifications/testing and support process continuous improvement.
• Provide feedback to improve the production process and training organization.
• Order replacement parts as needed.
