Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Must complete Hood Packaging’s bag school and/or certification process.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed production goals on the assigned machine.
• Assist the Link Tuber in machine setups as needed.
• Identify, analyze, and accurately perform necessary adjustments.
• Perform setups on the bottomer, patch unit, and palletizer.
• Lubricate machinery as needed.
• Perform physical tasks involving bending, stooping, and standing.
