Job summary

Hood Packaging Corporation in Wilmington, OH is seeking a B Operator to join our production team. The role focuses on meeting production standards, maintaining housekeeping and safety, and ensuring products meet or exceed customer expectations.

You will operate and adjust machinery such as bottomer, patch unit, and palletizer, participate in setups, perform routine lubrication, and work in a safety-conscious environment with opportunities for growth and tuition reimbursement after six months.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed production goals on the assigned machine.
• Assist the Link Tuber in machine setups as needed.
• Identify, analyze, and accurately perform necessary adjustments.
• Perform setups on the bottomer, patch unit, patch printing, and palletizer using basic tools.
• Lubricate machinery as needed.
• Perform tasks that involve bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Other duties as assigned.
