Germain Honda in Beavercreek, OH is seeking a B-Level Automotive Service Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of Ford vehicles in a fast-paced, high-tech shop. You will work with the latest diagnostic tools, maintain safety standards, and communicate progress to service advisors and customers.

Qualifications

• Be certified B-Level Automotive Service Technician with Ford experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on vehicles in accordance with Germain Ford of Beavercreek’s standards.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify automotive issues and complete repairs efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while complying with company policies and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers about vehicle needs and service progress.
• Keep accurate service records and ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications.

As an B-Level Technician, you will perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle safety. You will work in a fast-paced environment utilizing the latest technology and diagnostic tools to deliver high-quality automotive service.
