Germain Ford of Beavercreek is seeking a B-Level Automotive Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of Ford vehicles in a fast-paced shop. You will use advanced diagnostic tools and follow manufacturer specifications to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.

The role requires a certified B-Level technician and strong mechanical, diagnostic, and communication skills. A valid license and the ability to work well in a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Certified B-Level Technician; Ford experience preferred.

**Starting pay up to $40 flat rate based on experience**

As an B-Level Technician, you will perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle safety. You will work in a fast-paced environment utilizing the latest technology and diagnostic tools to deliver high-quality automotive service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on vehicles in accordance with Germain Ford of Beavercreek’s standards.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify automotive issues and complete repairs efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while complying with company policies and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers about vehicle needs and service progress.
• Keep accurate service records and ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications.

Requirements:

• Certified B-Level Automotive Service Technician with experience working on Ford vehicles preferred.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills with the ability to analyze complex automotive problems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
