Germain Ford of Beavercreek is seeking a skilled B-Level Automotive Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles using advanced tools and technologies. You will work in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality service to customers.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and clear communication with service advisors. A brand-new 26,000 sq. ft. Commercial Vehicle Center supports growth and development in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Certified B-Level Automotive Service Technician with experience working on Ford vehicles preferred.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills with the ability to analyze complex automotive problems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on vehicles in accordance with Germain Ford of Beavercreek’s standards.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify automotive issues and complete repairs efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while complying with company policies and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers about vehicle needs and service progress.
• Keep accurate service records and ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications.
