Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent fault finding and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills working in a team environment.
• Experience in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment and rebuilds.
• Experience in using controls and settings on high-speed automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete S.A.F.E. observations monthly.
• Maintain constant safety awareness on shift.
• Verify safety functions operating correctly.
• Maintain equipment at rated speed producing cans within quality specs.
• Develop and follow standard operating procedures for the area.
• Complete daily preventative maintenance through Emaint system.
• Perform line changeovers and communicate quality issues.
