2+ years experience in manufacturing
Strong fault finding and problem solving skills
Effective communication in a team
Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting experience
Experience with high-speed automated equipment
Proficient with micrometers and calipers
Must have own basic tools

Responsibilities

Perform daily safety observations and maintain safety awareness
Monitor equipment, ensure quality checks, and correct issues
Maintain equipment at rated speed and quality
Develop and follow SOPs; perform PM via Emaint
Coordinate breaks and ensure can supply to process
Complete shift handovers and process checks
Train new hires on equipment
Hazardous waste duties as assigned
