Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Excel and Word preferred.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, make copies, and send faxes.
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets; use Office daily.
• Prepare reports and maintain attendance records.
• Enter Kronos data and schedules for the department.
• Complete paperwork including job changes, terminations, safety forms, and documentation for corporate.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Training, Safety, and Purchasing.
• Occasionally work on the production floor.
• Other duties as assigned.
