ASI Government is seeking a senior B-1 Readiness and Sustainment Subject Matter Expert to support the Air Force B-1 SPO at Tinker AFB. The initial 16-week effort will establish a baseline, assess data, design a minimum viable product, and build an implementation roadmap.

You will collaborate with SPO leaders, logisticians, engineers, program managers, depot staff, supply-chain stakeholders, and an integrated digital team to translate realities into actionable requirements and executable plans

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and eight or more years of DoD experience in aviation readiness, sustainment, or logistics.
• Direct experience supporting the B-1 or a comparable Air Force weapon system.
• Knowledge of relationships among PM, product support, depot maintenance, and readiness.
• Experience turning process findings into a future-state operating approach and actionable actions.
• Ability to define readiness measures and tie metrics to data sources.
• Strong facilitation and executive communication skills.
• Ability to work on site at Tinker AFB and meet security requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as senior B-1 readiness advisor across fleet management, maintenance, logistics, and depot production.
• Lead interviews to document current readiness processes, information flows, and pain points.
• Define future-state readiness management, including KPIs, roles, and governance.
• Translate needs into use cases, data definitions, and acceptance criteria for MVP.
• Assess data sources, mappings, interfaces, and integration constraints with data teams.
• Conduct root-cause analyses for readiness drivers using FMEA when appropriate.
• Develop decision-ready briefings, process maps, and an implementation roadmap for SPO.
• Engage stakeholders across depot, wings, DLA, and enterprise partners to validate findings.
