Job Description:

Seeking an experienced IT professional with 13+ years of experience, including at least 5 years working with Azure Infrastructure. The candidate should have expertise in Azure Migrate, Azure Networking (mainly Azure IaaS and PaaS), Data Storage, Azure Key Vault, and Azure IAM. Experience leading teams of more than 5 members and providing technical guidance is required. Willingness to provide 24x7 support and flexibility to work in shifts is essential.

Primary Skills:

• Architect and implement W365 solutions aligned with business objectives
• Integrate Microsoft 365 SharePoint, Teams, and other productivity tools
• Configure Intune and Policies, including provisioning and Conditional Access
• Manage Azure Identity and Virtual Desktop design and implementation
• Ensure scalability, security, and compliance for W365 AVD deployments
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize performance
• Lead cloud solutioning activities for large-scale migrations using Azure
• Assess on-premises and public cloud infrastructure with Azure Migrate
• Migrate on-premises VDI workloads to Azure
• Design Azure Landing Zone and provide architecture, BoM, licensing, and pricing details
• Administer Windows File and Print Services, DNS, WINS, DHCP, and DFS

Secondary Skills:

• Design infrastructure VDI and business continuity solutions
• Develop identity governance and monitoring solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand migration needs and mitigate risks
• Participate in post-project reviews and lessons learned

Nice to Have:

• Experience with automation tools such as PowerShell and Terraform
• Knowledge of information architecture and user experience design
• Familiarity with cloud security and compliance frameworks

• AZ-140: Configuring and Operating Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop
