Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of related experience or substituted.
• Experience installing and supporting Windows client systems and mobile devices.
• Experience with Azure compute and storage resources and Intune for device management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain VDI and Mobility using Azure Virtual Desktop and Intune.
• Support transition of new capabilities from engineering to operations, including hand-off and monitoring.
• Automate deployments with PowerShell to optimize AVD functionality and operations.
• Triage and resolve AVD and mobility issues for end-users across multiple bases.
