Job summary

ITCON Services is seeking an Azure Cloud Engineer to support on-premises and cloud infrastructure including Microsoft 365, Azure, and VM environments.

The role requires hands-on experience with O365 administration, Azure AD, and basic networking with Meraki/Ubiquiti gear, plus Windows and Mac device management. A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong communication are essential for cross-team support.

Qualifications

• Must have O365 and Azure operations experience across devices, apps, and users.
• Experience with Azure AD, VM installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing Surface Pro and Mac devices is preferred.
• Strong problem solving and documented communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain O365 and Azure IT operations including servers, networking, and Exchange.
• Administer Azure AD, virtual servers, and related cloud services.
• Install and troubleshoot Windows and Mac devices for staff.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor security tools and manage assets and inventory.
