Job summary

You will drive architecture, delivery, and innovation while mentoring engineers and shaping the tech strategy for both production and corporate initiatives. The role requires a BS in CS/Software Engineering, 8+ years in software development, and 5+ years in leadership; Azure and PMI/CSM certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in software or solutions development.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role preferred.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications or AEC tech platforms.
• Azure/AWS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic direction for all software engineering initiatives.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams.
• Lead architecture, solution design, and enterprise integration.
• Oversee project delivery, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Foster innovation, quality, and continuous improvement within engineering.
• Guide technology investment and resource allocation with senior leadership.
• Support production and corporate initiatives with scalable digital solutions.
• Supervise direct reports and perform other duties as assigned.
