Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking an Information Security Analyst to design and maintain secure Azure Government cloud architectures, enforce zero trust and RBAC, and manage security controls such as Defender for Cloud and Key Vault. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems security; master's preferred
• 5+ years in cloud security, including 2+ in Azure Government or DoD environments
• Proficient in scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) and Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform)
• Experience with DoD SRG, FedRAMP High, JSIG, and ICD 503 compliance
• Hands-on with classified enclaves, hardened images, enclave-to-enclave connectivity
• Knowledge of Agile software development process

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure cloud architectures in Azure Government environments
• Enforce zero trust, RBAC, and identity federation practices
• Configure and manage security controls (Defender for Cloud, Key Vault, NSGs, Private Endpoints)
• Automate compliance and security operations using PowerShell, Terraform, or ARM templates
• Integrate SIEM/SOAR tools for monitoring, logging, and incident response
• Navigate authorization processes to achieve Authority to Operate (ATO)
• Prepare SSPs, control evidence, and documentation for audits
• Collaborate with mission owners and developers to secure DevSecOps pipelines
• Support ATO processes and change management to maintain compliance
• Translate requirements into actionable security tasks
• Ensure documentation meets federal standards for information systems
