You will embed automated guardrails into delivery pipelines, harden cloud landing zones, and protect containerized infrastructure in a hybrid work setting in the greater Atlanta area. The role emphasizes Azure architecture, IaC security, container hardening, and ongoing posture management using Defender for Cloud and other tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of cloud engineering experience in security-focused roles.
• Proven track record securing Azure subscriptions, resource groups, and native tooling.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM) and CI/CD security gating.

Responsibilities

• Architect Azure defense-in-depth across compute, networking, storage, and policy.
• Embed guardrails into CI/CD pipelines and IaC checks.
• Harden landing zones and secure containerized workloads (Docker/AKS).
• Triage and remediate misconfigurations; align with OWASP guidelines.
• Develop security baselines, standards, and governance documentation.
