Qualifications

• 4+ years information security experience with at least 2 years focused on Azure cloud security.
• Experience with Azure security services including Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Policy, and Key Vault.
• AZ-500, SC-200, SC-300 or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls across Azure cloud environments.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents using Microsoft Defender and Sentinel.
• Conduct security risk assessments, vulnerability management, and remediation activities.
• Develop and enforce cloud security policies, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to secure cloud workloads, apps, and infrastructure.
• Implement identity and access management using Azure AD and PIM.
• Support compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, CIS benchmarks.
• Automate security processes and reporting through scripting and IaC.
