Job summary

LifeWave is seeking a Manager, Azure Platform Engineering to lead the design, implementation, and operation of the organization’s Microsoft cloud platforms. You will oversee a team of cloud infrastructure engineers, guide security and governance initiatives, and partner with cybersecurity, compliance, and development teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant cloud services.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Microsoft cloud/enterprise infrastructure.
• Proven leadership of Azure platform engineering teams.
• Experience with cloud security, governance, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Azure platform engineers and contractors.
• Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-scale Azure environments and landing zones.
• Develop governance frameworks, RBAC, policies, and cost optimization practices.
• Drive automation using IaC and DevOps practices across cloud operations.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Application teams to ensure security and reliability.
