Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Domain Project Lead 2 to drive cloud platform architecture with a focus on Azure, data, and analytics platforms. You will lead multi-technology platform teams, mentor engineers, and govern platform modernization initiatives while aligning with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Responsibilities

Define project objectives and scope aligned with business goals and ensure efficient delivery with stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular updates for alignment and transparency.
Drive process improvement by reviewing deliverables and adopting innovative methodologies for product research and benchmarking studies.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies for successful outcomes.
Develop and manage estimates, monitor budgets, and optimize resources for efficiency.
Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs and capabilities.
Plan resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and foster professional development to enhance team effectiveness.
Lead scope changes, manage client requirements, and ensure proper estimation, approvals, and contractual updates.
