Job summary

BravoTECH is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architectural Leader to provide architectural leadership across cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevSecOps, and enterprise modernization. This strategic role defines future‑state architecture, governance, and guides engineering teams in building secure, scalable platforms in Azure (with AWS involvement).

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in cloud/enterprise architecture, 3+ years in leadership, and a track record of shaping architecture

Qualifications

8+ years of cloud/enterprise architecture experience.
3+ years in technical leadership or people management.
Experience establishing enterprise architecture standards and governance.
Strong Azure enterprise-architecture design experience.
Hands-on background to challenge designs and guide teams.
Experience leading architecture reviews across complex environments.
Understanding of cloud infra, networking, identity, security, containers.
Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, IaC, and automation practices.
Experience influencing tech strategy across orgs.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the enterprise architecture strategy for cloud, infra, and platform engineering with Azure focus.
Define target-state architecture, reference architectures, standards, and guardrails.
Lead architecture reviews evaluating scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
Establish cloud and platform engineering practices across engineering teams.
Provide direction across cloud infrastructure, networking, identity, containers, and automation.
Guide DevSecOps strategy across CI/CD, IaC, secure software delivery, and platform automation.
Establish observability, monitoring, resiliency, DR, and SRE practices.
Mentor architects and engineers; build a culture of accountability and excellence.
Partner with security, dev, and business leaders to align investments with priorities.
Communicate strategy, decisions, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders.
