Job summary
CNA Insurance is seeking an Azure Technical SME to act as a central technical authority for CNA's Azure cloud environment, guiding MSPs and enforcing enterprise patterns, security baselines, and cost optimization. The role collaborates with Security, Architecture, AI Governance, and Digital Workplace Enablement to enable secure, scalable Azure deployments.
The ideal candidate will bring deep Azure expertise, Intune, 365, and enterprise security architecture experience, with a focus on
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
- Typically 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Azure engineering and administration experience.
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale Azure environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide MSP guidance and escalation support across Azure cloud operations.
- Oversee Azure landing zones, subscriptions, resource groups, and governance.
- Automate endpoint provisioning, software deployment, and compliance reporting.
- Partner with Security, Architecture, AI Governance, and Digital Workplace Enablement teams.
- Lead cost management initiatives, budgeting, and optimization recommendations.
