Job summary

CG Infinity, Inc. in Sugar Land, TX, is seeking a Computer Technician with a strong interest in Azure Network Security to join our team.

The role offers hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, peripherals, and network support in a fast-paced consulting environment. You will configure and manage Azure VNets, subnets, and connectivity, implement NSGs, Azure Firewall, WAF, private endpoints, RBAC, and conditional access, and monitor performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting Azure cloud environments and enterprise-scale Azure architectures.
• Knowledge of Azure networking concepts (VNets, DNS, routing, peering).
• Experience with Azure network security solutions (NSGs, Azure Firewall, WAF).
• Familiarity with IaC (ARM, Bicep, Terraform) and deployment automation.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Azure VNets, subnets, peering, and connectivity.
• Implement security controls: NSGs, Azure Firewall, WAF, Private Endpoints.
• Monitor performance, availability, and cost of Azure resources.
• Enforce secure deployment and access controls in production.
• Collaborate with development teams on security requirements.
• Perform security reviews and risk assessments of cloud apps.
• Configure IAM with Entra ID, RBAC, and conditional access.
• Support hybrid connectivity with VPN Gateway and ExpressRoute.
• Assist with cloud governance, tagging, and audits.
• Troubleshoot Azure networking, security issues.
• Develop IaC templates and deployment automation.
• Respond to help desk tickets and maintain docs.
• Provide desktop/laptop support as needed.
