Responsibilities

• Operate internal and customer Azure environments across multiple tenants using Azure Lighthouse.
• Monitor health, performance, and security posture across managed environments.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, engaging Microsoft support when needed.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management per service standards.
• Execute routine changes including configuration, access, and policy updates.
• Support patch management, update compliance, and baseline configuration across managed environments.
