Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cloud Service Support Admin/Analyst to monitor and manage Azure and Microsoft 365 SaaS environments for a large user base. You will handle identity, governance, licensing, and access, while supporting ITSM activities and reporting on availability and SLA performance.

The role requires a TS clearance, relevant certifications, and 3+ years of enterprise Azure Cloud Administration experience. Balance operational duties with governance documentation and compliance tasks.

Qualifications

• Active TOP SECRET clearance required.
• Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certifications.
• BS or MS degree with 3+ years of Azure Cloud Administration experience.
• Experience with PowerShell, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, IT security and governance tools.
• Basic experience with Power Platform and ITIL framework.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage/monitor Azure infrastructure including identity, governance, storage, compute, networking, backup, and VM deployment.
• Administer tenant-wide settings for Microsoft 365 SaaS offerings across on-prem and cloud systems.
• Monitor M365 Admin Center and related tools for incidents, outages, and feature releases.
• Provide support for Teams Live Events.
• Oversee hierarchical management of SharePoint sites.
• Participate in ITSM activities including change, incident, and problem management.
• Provide technical support to the Tier 2 service desk.
• Manage Windows image, including group policy and end-user software.
