Job summary

Dale WorkForce Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Mergers & Acquisitions) to drive large infrastructure programs and the integration of acquired entities. The role requires coordinating IT, security, and partner teams to deliver secure, standardized platforms in an onsite setting in Berwyn, PA.

Responsibilities include managing Azure-based environments, governance, budgeting, and executive reporting, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical project or program management for infrastructure/enterprise IT.
• Experience supporting M&A integration or multi-entity onboarding (infrastructure & collaboration).
• Strong track record managing MSPs/MSSPs and third-party resources.
• Cloud expertise with Azure and enterprise IT domains (networking, identity, endpoint, security).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional IT, security, and business teams.
• Translate technical/compliance requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Excellent stakeholder management with executives and engineering teams.
• Experience with budgets, vendor contracts, and financial reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field; PMP/Azure/CISSP/CISM certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs and Azure environment expansion.
• Drive M&A integration to onboard acquired entities into standardized infrastructure.
• Coordinate across internal IT, business, MSP/MSSP, and partners.
• Establish onboarding and integration frameworks with standards and templates.
• Develop architecture artifacts, technical docs, and operational procedures.
• Oversee testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
