Job summary

LeverageTek Staffing Solutions is seeking an Azure Integration Developer for a remote, two-year term full-time position. The role involves migrating BizTalk integrations to Azure Integration Services and building APIs and data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.

Qualified candidates will have 5–8 years of enterprise integration experience, strong C#/.NET skills, and hands-on Azure Data Factory expertise. Remote work across North America is supported.

• 5-8 years in enterprise integration or API development with hands-on Azure Data Factory.
• Experience migrating BizTalk integrations to Azure Integration Services.
• Strong C#/.NET development with RESTful APIs and Azure API Management.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing BizTalk integrations and recommend Azure Integration Services patterns.
• Build Azure Data Factory pipelines for bulk file movement and syncing.
• Configure Self-hosted Integration Runtime for on-prem connectivity.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integration services using C#/.NET and Azure Functions.
• Configure Azure API Management policies, versioning, and authentication.
• Build workflows with Logic Apps and message-based integrations with Service Bus.
• Implement event-driven integrations with Event Grid or Event Hubs.
• Secure integrations with Entra ID, managed identities, OAuth 2.0, and Key Vault.
• Develop IaC with Bicep/ARM or Terraform; maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, API, and data reconciliation tests.

LeverageTek is actively seeking an Azure Integration Developer for a two-year term full-time position with its remote customer.

Key Tasks

• Assess existing BizTalk integrations and recommend Azure Integration Services implementation patterns using Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs and API Management
• Build Azure Data Factory pipelines for bulk file movement, database extraction and loading, scheduled batch processing, incremental loads and database synchronization
• Configure Self-hosted Integration Runtime for on-premises connectivity
• Develop RESTful APIs and integration services using C#/.NET and Azure Functions
• Configure Azure API Management policies, versioning, authentication, authorization and developer portal capabilities
• Build business workflows using Logic Apps and reliable message-based integrations using Service Bus
• Implement event-driven integrations using Event Grid or Event Hubs where appropriate
• Secure integrations using Microsoft Entra ID, managed identities, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, certificates and Azure Key Vault
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Bicep, ARM templates or Terraform
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for development, QA and production using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Develop and execute unit, integration, API, data reconciliation and regression tests
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations using Azure Monitor, Application Insights and Log Analytics
• Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, mapping documents and operational support procedures

Key Qualifications

• 5-8 years of enterprise integration, API development or ETL experience with hands-on Azure Data Factory expertise
• Proven experience migrating BizTalk integrations to Azure Integration Services
• Strong C#/.NET development skills with experience building and securing RESTful APIs using Azure API Management

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Azure Data Factory experience including metadata-driven pipelines and incremental loading
• 3+ years deploying Azure services and implementing CI/CD with automated testing
• Strong SQL/T-SQL development skills with experience in SQL Server, Azure SQL Database or SQL Managed Instance
• Experience with Azure Storage, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, Event Grid, Event Hubs and Service Bus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID, managed identities, Key Vault, OAuth 2.0 and private endpoints
• Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines, Repos, Boards, Test Plans, Git and Infrastructure as Code
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI or ReadyAPI
• Experience with PowerShell or Azure CLI scripting
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer certification is an asset

Compensation

$80,000 - $90,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
