Job summary

Tiger BioSciences, LLC is seeking a hands-on Manager, Infrastructure Engineering to lead day-to-day operation, security, and reliability of enterprise infrastructure. You will oversee the network, wireless, and Microsoft Azure cloud environments, and manage cyber operations including security monitoring and incident response.

The role requires 5+ years in IT infrastructure with leadership experience, strong firewall/WAN/WLAN and Azure expertise, and collaboration with external security partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure or network engineering, with 3+ years in leadership or senior tech Lead roles.
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco) and wireless networks.
• Experience administering Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience in security operations: SIEM/EDR/XDR, vulnerability scanning, and incident response.
• Experience working with managed security service providers or external cyber security advisors.
• Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills; able to explain risk to non-technical stakeholders.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily infrastructure operations across network, wireless, and Azure resources.
• Lead security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability remediation efforts.
• Manage patching, firmware updates, and lifecycle management for infra hardware and software.
• Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity capabilities.
• Maintain accurate network diagrams, baselines, asset inventory, and runbooks.
• Support Azure cost management and FinOps practices and cost reporting.
• Drive ITIL-aligned change management for infrastructure changes.
• Lead vendor relationships, budgeting, procurement, and contract renewals.
• Travel up to 20% domestically for multi-site support.
