Job summary

Tiger BioSciences is seeking a hands-on, operationally focused Manager, Infrastructure Engineering to lead the day-to-day operation, security, and reliability of our enterprise infrastructure. You will oversee Azure cloud, network security, and cyber operations across all facilities, ensuring compliance and resilience as the organization scales.

The role requires 5+ years in IT infrastructure with leadership experience, strong firewall and Azure hands-on skills, and the ability to collaborate

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure or network engineering with 3+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco).
• Experience administering Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Entra ID.
• Experience in security operations (SIEM/EDR/XDR) and incident response.
• Experience with MSPs or external cyber security advisory partners.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or ISO 27001.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain risk to non-technical stakeholders.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security monitoring and triage alerts from SIEM/EDR/XDR.
• Lead incident response including containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident reviews.
• Manage vulnerability management program and remediation tracking.
• Coordinate with external cyber security advisory partner.
• Support Cyber Threat Operations Center operations and detection improvements.
• Enforce security hardening standards across networks, servers, endpoints, and cloud.
• Assist audits and risk assessments and support regulatory requirements.
• Travel domestically up to 20% for multi-site support.
