Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT infrastructure engineer to support data center and cloud environments, focusing on Azure implementation, AD federation, and Microsoft 365 optimization.

You will work with MSPs to ensure reliable service delivery and drive standardization across platforms. The role requires strong communication skills to translate technical topics for non-technical audiences and to manage vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering supporting data center and cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Azure including implementation, maintenance, and primary/failover configurations.
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory federation with SaaS applications.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration to optimize user experience and collaboration capabilities.
• Experience with virtualization, storage management, and disaster recovery in Windows-based computing environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences and manage MSP relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact with infrastructure managed service providers to troubleshoot and resolve service delivery issues.
• Monitor data center infrastructure performance and oversee implementation of solutions with MSPs.
• Deploy, maintain, and support Azure and Microsoft 365 capabilities to improve usability and standardization.
• Implement changes across operating systems, physical/virtual servers, and storage in a controlled, consistent manner.
• Support security solution integration, including Azure Active Directory federation, and execute disaster recovery procedures.
• Coordinate and oversee small-to-medium infrastructure improvement projects, maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures.
