Job summary

Tiger BioSciences, LLC seeks a hands‑on Manager, Infrastructure Engineering to lead day‑to‑day operations, security monitoring, and reliability of enterprise infrastructure. You will manage network, wireless, and Azure cloud environments, oversee incident response, and coordinate with an external cybersecurity advisory partner to maintain secure, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure or network engineering with leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise firewalls, routing, switching, and wireless networks.
• Experience administering Azure infrastructure and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with SIEM/EDR/XDR, vulnerability scanning, and incident response.
• Experience with MSPs or external cyber security advisory partners.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to explain risk to non-technical stakeholders.
• Favorable background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily infrastructure operations across enterprise network, Azure, and security tooling.
• Lead incident response, containment, and post-incident reviews.
• Manage vulnerability management program and remediation tracking.
• Coordinate with external cyber security advisory partner for monitoring and escalations.
• Support Cyber Threat Operations Center and drive detection/response improvements.
• Enforce security hardening standards across network, server, and cloud environments.
• Support audits, cyber insurance requirements, and risk assessments with evidence and remediation actions.
• Lead IT quality & compliance activities and manage change management.
