Job summary

Accrescent Group is seeking a Windows Azure Support Lead to drive operational excellence using Azure IaaS and Terraform. You will lead a team, manage client SLAs, and prioritize continuous improvement and transparency in delivery.

You will optimize reporting, mentor staff, and design tailored Azure solutions aligned with customer needs, ensuring business results and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Azure IaaS and Windows environments.
• Strong understanding of Terraform for Infrastructure As Code.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective team leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Solid communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Optimize operational systems by implementing Azure IaaS solutions and Terraform scripts to enhance management reporting and streamline information flow.

• Lead and mentor the project team in the effective use of Azure IaaS and Terraform, ensuring clear communication of project goals and fostering a culture of transparency.
