Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in systems administration, IT infrastructure, or related technology environment.
• Experience administering and supporting on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure including servers, virtualization, storage, networking, and backup/recovery.
• Experience troubleshooting system and infrastructure issues, maintaining availability, security, and reliability.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams, users, vendors, or partners to support organizational technology needs.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain City IT systems, including Azure, M365, AD, virtualization, backup, and recovery.
• Ensure security, reliability, and availability of technology environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet City services objectives.
• Support CJIS compliance requirements and participate in related security activities.
