Job summary

VeriDex Solutions is seeking a Data Architect to design, build, and govern a next-generation data platform. Lead multi-tenant architecture using Azure, OneLake, Lakehouse, and real-time analytics to support analytics, AI, and operational workloads.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define models, governance, and scalable patterns across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cloud data architecture or enterprise data platform design.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure services.
• Deep understanding of data governance, lineage, and security.
• Experience leading architecture discussions with engineering, product, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Azure-based data platforms (SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Lakehouse).
• Define data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration patterns.
• Establish semantic models for analytics and BI.
• Provide architectural guidance to engineering teams and stakeholders.
