Partner Organization in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a Senior Architect to lead architecture and technical strategy for enterprise-scale Azure programs. You will guide delivery teams, shape modernization approaches, and ensure architectural decisions enable business transformation.

You will balance deep technical expertise with growing cross-domain awareness, mentoring architects and engineers, and contributing to presales and modernization initiatives. Expect travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading architecture and delivery for enterprise Azure solutions across modernization, consulting, and transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to define solution architectures that align business goals with scalable technical design.
• Strong understanding of the full delivery lifecycle, including governance and presales collaboration.
• Mentoring architects and engineers, promoting design rigor and delivery capability growth.
• Influence architecture direction across projects, promoting reusable frameworks and consistency.
• Deep technical Azure expertise with growing fluency across adjacent domains (App Innovation, Cloud Platform, Data & AI).
• Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification (or equivalent).
• Experience in hybrid or multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities
