Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Azure cloud environments across development, staging, and production.
• Execute and troubleshoot code releases, deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure changes.
• Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and operate Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Build, maintain, and control stage and production environments.
• Design, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Troubleshoot critical incidents and application/platform issues across cloud and on-premises environments.

The role will be responsible for code release deployments, technology upgrades, cloud infrastructure operations, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining highly available application environments.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, Terraform, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab, cloud infrastructure, and production operations, along with an ITIL certification.

• Work in complex technical environments involving multiple platforms, technologies, and infrastructure components.

Technical Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, operations, and/or software development.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Azure environments.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
• Strong Terraform experience, including infrastructure provisioning, configuration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Linux and Windows administration.
• Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL, MS SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with configuration-management tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Salt.
• Strong production troubleshooting, incident management, monitoring, and root-cause analysis skills.
