Job summary

Rooms To Go in Florida seeks an experienced DevOps Manager to lead a three-person team supporting our Azure environment. You will blend people leadership with cloud engineering, automation, governance, security partnership, and incident management to improve reliability and reduce escalations.

You will collaborate with Application Development, Information Security, IT Infrastructure, Networking, NSOC, and the Service Desk to mature enterprise DevOps practices, design secure solutions, and

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on DevOps leadership in cloud environments.
• Deep knowledge of Azure architecture, services, and cost optimization.
• Strong experience with CI/CD, IaC, and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead three DevOps engineers; manage priorities, performance expectations, and resource allocation.
• Run daily standups and coordinate with ITI and Service Desk; communicate with developers and stakeholders.
• Lead production incident response, root cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and permanent corrective actions.
• Partner with Service Desk L2 and NSOC to improve triage, diagnostics, and automation.
• Develop and maintain IaC, CI/CD, and security collaboration across teams.
