Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps administrator to manage enterprise-scale DevOps environments in the United States. You will configure processes, areas, iterations, and boards, ensuring governance, data integrity, and secure access across portfolios and projects.

The role emphasizes automation with PowerShell and REST APIs, along with creating dashboards and reports in Power BI to track status, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT experience with DevOps or lifecycle management.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps administration for boards, backlogs, and areas.
• Experience with data quality, mappings, and reporting consistency.

Responsibilities

• Administer Azure DevOps orgs, projects, teams, and configurations.
• Manage inherited processes, work item types, fields, forms, states, and backlog behavior.
• Design work item hierarchies across portfolios and items (epics, features, stories, tasks).
• Configure Areas, Iterations, backlogs, sprints, and dashboards.
• Perform impact analysis and regression validation before changes.
• Automate admin tasks via PowerShell, REST APIs, or similar tools.
• Provide day-to-day platform support and coordinate escalations.
• Create runbooks, SOPs, and training materials.
