Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks an experienced DevOps/Release Engineer to lead CI/CD and GitOps initiatives in Alpharetta, GA. You will drive Kubernetes deployments with ArgoCD, Helm, and AKS, building scalable pipelines and infrastructure as code.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in DevOps, strong scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and IaC (Terraform, Bicep, ARM). Experience with Docker/ACR and SAFe is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in DevOps/Release Engineering including technical lead capacity.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, YAML-based pipelines, Repos, Artifacts).
• Proven expertise in ArgoCD and GitOps methodologies; implement and manage GitOps workflows for Kubernetes.
• Skills in Kubernetes/AKS, Helm, and container orchestration.
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates).
• Experience with Docker and container registries (ACR).
• Knowledge of Git branching strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based development).
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Strong troubleshooting across build, deployment, and runtime environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps/Release Engineering efforts and technical direction.
• Define and implement GitOps workflows for Kubernetes deployments.
• Manage ArgoCD deployments, manifests, and multi-cluster strategies.
• Maintain declarative infrastructure and application state across environments.
• Troubleshoot build, deployment, and runtime issues across CI/CD pipelines.
