Job summary
Motion Recruitment Partners in Chelmsford, MA is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join the engineering team. The role focuses on cloud infrastructure evolution, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and reliability across cloud-hosted and customer-managed environments.
Hybrid schedule: 3 onsite days per week. The ideal candidate will tackle complex infrastructure challenges, automate manual processes, stay current with cloud-native technologies, and partner closely with engineering and operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of DevOps/Cloud/Infrastructure experience.
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Kubernetes production experience; able to use cluster tools like K9s/Headlamp.
- Hands-on Docker experience; knowledge of Docker Swarm.
- Experience supporting Azure environments.
- Scripting for automation using Python, Bash, or Go.
- Monitoring/observability with Prometheus and Grafana.
- Able to communicate with clients during upgrade processes.
