Job summary

Bow Wave LLC seeks an experienced Azure Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and secure cloud infrastructure. You will modernize resources, automate with IaC (PowerShell focus), and strengthen governance across compute, network, and storage.

Collaboration with development and operations teams is essential. The role emphasizes secure, reliable deployments, CI/CD automation, and proactive security remediation within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least eight years in cloud engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and automation of infra/operational workflows.
• Proficiency with PowerShell; experience with ARM templates, Terraform, or Ansible valuable.
• Understand cloud security remediation, governance, and compliance; ability to assess findings and implement actions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Azure infra including compute, network, and storage resources.
• Refactor and maintain IaC primarily with PowerShell to improve consistency and change tracking.
• Automate deployments and operational processes using IaC tools, scripts, and DevOps practices.
• Configure, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines; remediate security findings and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share Azure best practices.
